A Flat Fee Listing service is a hybrid sales method that enables homeowners and investors the ability to list their property for sale in the local ‘Multiple Listing Service’ (“MLS”) while avoiding listing commissions and reserving the opportunity to sell by owner - and further avoid paying any sales commissions.

Why Use Our Flat Fee Listing Service?
Listing with a traditional real estate agent, you generally agree to pay a listing commission, i.e. 6%, which is due at settlement and deducted from your closing proceeds. Half of that fee, the "listing portion", goes directly to the company that lists your home in the MLS.
The other half, the "selling portion", goes to the real estate agent who procures a buyer for your home. If the listing agent sells your home without a buyer agent's involvement, their company gets the entire 6%. Instead of overpaying to "list your home on the MLS" choose our Flat Fee service and save.

You called me this afternoon and let me know about your service and your website. I viewed the Do Good video and I must admit I’m pleased someone is stating the obvious: A real estate broker — who simply publicizes a listing in the MLS and puts a lock box out there — is not worth the $15,000 they would get for a typical $500,000 home sale.
I was wondering who would be the first to say, “the king has no clothes on!” in the Topsail area. I’m willing to spend $15,000 to have a qualified buyer discover my house and make a purchase. The person who brings that individual to my door should get paid.
But the “listing agent” in no way has provided $15,000 or even $5000 of value in today’s Internet world. Your $500 fee is closer to the truth. When I decide to go back on the market I’ll definitely consider your services.
