About Us
Do Good Real Estate was founded on a simple belief: That we can create a real estate brokerage that really matters. All of us have felt the economic pains over the past few years. We have all heard the sad stories of people loosing there jobs and homes. We feel it is time to start putting people before profits. That's why Do Good Real Estate pledges to donate 20% of our commission from every home we sell to local charities and non-profits. Our clients will receive the most professional service possible, from people that are honest, experienced, and believe in doing the right thing. Buying or Selling a home is a huge decision, and we are here to help you make an informed decision, not pressure you into one. Help us in creating tomorrows community.
Bio
Ryan CreceliusFounder/Broker In Charge
Originally from Brandywine Maryland, Ryan moved to Wilmington NC to attend the University of NC at Wilmington. After Graduating, Ryan began his Real Estate career in 2006 with the leading Real Estate Brokerage in South Eastern NC. Ryan was often one of the youngest Real Estate brokers among his peers. During those years he was mentored by some of the most successful people in both Real Estate brokerage and investment. Along with being a successful full time agent, Ryan was able to serve on various Real Estate Boards, clubs, and committees. During that time though, he was witness to the fall out of the housing market. People losing their jobs and homes made a very strong impact on him. He wanted to build a real estate business that could affect people for the good. It was in mid 2009 that he realized a way that real estate could help make a positive impact on the community he decided to call home. And after many months of planning and preparation, in March 2010 Do Good Real Estate was officially born.
