- Q: What is Do Good Real Estate Co.?
- A: Do Good is a full service real estate company. We are an independent real estate brokerage firm that can help you buy or sell real estate here in Wilmington NC and surrounding areas.
- Q: Why work with Do Good Real Estate Co.?
- A: You have many choices when you are looking for professional real estate services here in Wilmington. Do good is the only local firm that offers those professional services and local expertise along with the ability to empower you to help give back to the local community. It cost’s you nothing extra because it’s on us. So why not?
- Q: Do you charge extra for your services?
- A: NO. There is no fine print, no catch or extra "fee’s" to off-set the donations. We hate that kind of thing. Do Good’s message is simple. We donate 20% of our total commission from each home we sell.
- Q: How are you able to make such large donations?
- A: Well....it's just something that we wanted to do. By being an independent local firm, we get to make the rules. Yes, it would be nice to put that into the bank, we are human, but by giving that money back to the people and places that need it more than we do makes it worth it. Plus, we get paid in Karma points, so it all works out. It’s our goal to create a real estate brokerage that matters.
- Q: Instead of donating it to charity, will you give that money back to the client?
- A: Sorry. but do good is called "do good" for a reason. We work with clients that share our same mindset of giving back. We don’t work with people who want to take advantage of it. But we do understand the importance of offering our clients value. Since we are an independent brokerage firm, we have the ability to be flexible and creative to make the deal work for you. We have also worked hard to reward our clients for “doing good” by offering them discounts on other services such as inspections, attorneys, and lenders.
- Q: Are you any good?
- A: YES...but you probably knew we would say that. We are full time, experienced agents. Plastering ourselves on billboards, shopping carts, and adding to your junk mail pile is not how we justify our abilities. Do Good prefers to “walk the walk." We do so by giving our clients the best service possible by giving them the tools and resources to make confident decisions and getting them the best deal possible.
